What can a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) do for YOU?

In 1998 The Senior Advantage Real Estate Council® (SAREC®) designed a program to give member real estate practitioners the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing or selling the family home.

As a result of having earned my SRES designation, I can help you to:

• Learn of options available to you regarding your current residence
• Learn how to structure your assets to benefit your beneficiaries
• Learn about “The Five Wishes” – the living will with a heart
• Learn about other groups specializing in assistance to “Seniors” - (did you know there are Elder Law Attorneys?)
• Get answers to questions you may have on a variety of issues.
